    From what i am reading it appears to me the Browns have made there cuts to the 53 man roster and jham is not a part of those looks like the backup FS.

    Yep it is unfortunate for Lee Suggs he had a good college career from what i rememeber seemed like he could never get it going in the NFL though. Seems like jham had a great pre season too.
